State of the Art fitness equipment

The fitness room has convenient outdoor access from your parking space, and features a combination of cardio and strength machines – Precor ellipticals, treadmills, exercise bikes, resistance pulleys, and weight benches with free weights.

Across the hall is the group exercise studio, with free-floating floor, balance barres, and mirrored walls to watch your body take shape as you match your moves to meet the beat.

Fitness-on-demand classes range from fast-paced cardiovascular and muscular endurance programs, to weight training, balance, and flexibility regimens that enhance agility. A total body strength workout uses hand weights, fitness balls, and gliding discs to build and tone muscles, while standing and seated exercise options improve posture and overall coordination.

Low-impact aerobics and stretching motions reach all muscle groups to aid circulation, and mat-based classes, like Yoga Fit, apply Pilates-inspired movements for improved control and range of motion. Our one-on-one personal training program with a certified expert focuses on your specific needs, providing guidance to achieve your fitness goals, whether you start with a wellness assessment or jump right into a package of training sessions, you’ll be proud of the results.
